Relatude Webnodes AS announces merger with Proventus AS

Relatude Webnodes AS announces merger with Proventus AS and strengthens it's position as an important player in the Norwegian CMS and E-commerce market.

Proventus is an IT company that helps businesses modernize computer systems and tailor solutions for the cloud. Overall, we will be able to offer a broader product and consulting portfolio to more customers in the Norwegian market.

The product strategy and product development will be continued in the new company with increased strength. The new company name will be Proventus AS, but the product name Relatude will be continued. For existing customers, this leads to few practical changes, the contacts are the same, pricing model and all contracts are retained. Ole Gulbrandsen will be part of Proventus' management team.
